We will schedule your follow-up appointment once you have completed your tests.  This is where we will review your results and what protocols you can use for bringing your hormones back into balance. Once I have received your results, we will set up your consult.

In the meantime, you will receive an email with your Client Agreement Form.  There will be a place for you to digitally sign and you will be able to download a copy for your records.  Once I receive this back - it is sent automatically after signing - you will receive the two-week training materials included in this purchase.
